Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks/Open Space Bond, 2nd Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on November 2, 2020 (CO# 2020-1105-11-02). The City of Celina’s Land Acquisition Project was granted $1,500,00.00 in funding.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Celina for the Land Acquisition Project, ($1,500,00,000) bond project OI18PG10.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Celina concerning the acquisition of land on the west side of State Highway 289 (Preston Rd.) described as the 2020 Bonfire Properties Acquisition Project. Bond Project OI18PG10. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same.

Collin County's participation is a NTE $1,500,000.00.
