Department Action

Respectfully submit for approval the 2021 Lake Patrol contract with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to provide additional patrol of Lake Lavon. The total amount of reimbursed overtime costs not to exceed $50,857.47.

FY 2021 Increased Law Enforcement Services for Collin County Grant not to exceed $50,857.47 in federal funds to provide additional patrol services during the summer months. No county match required. Funding to cover salary and benefits and vehicle mileage. Grant Period is May 21, 2021 through September 11, 2021.

Auditor's Office Action

Grant contract has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. Provide additional patrol resources to the parks during the summer months. The SO has been providing this service for over 25 years. Federal funds not to exceed $50,857.47 . Grant period is 5/21/2021 through 9/11/2021.
