We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration of a change to the existing contract between the current Courthouse Cafeteria Vendor (The Vitasek Investment Company, Inc, d/b/a Collin County Courthouse Café) and Collin County.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 to RFP 2019-327, Services: Cafeteria Management with The Vitasek Leasing Co., Inc. dba Collin County Courthouse Cafe to make various changes to the contract agreement per the attached documentation, and further allow Purchasing Agent to execute the same. gz

Requesting approval of Amendment No. 2 to RFP 2019-327, Services: Cafeteria Management with The Vitasek Leasing Co., Inc. dba Colliln County Courthouse Cafe to include that Collin County will be financially responsible for maintaining maintenance agreements for all County owned kitchen equipment and maintain County owned kitchen equipment. Please see attached documents. (0001) -General Fund.
