Department Action

Manuel and Adriana Alvarez, owners of Golden Acres lot 15, is seeking to subdivide lot 15 into two lots, lot 15A and 15B. The resulting lot 15A will be 1.088 acres and lot 15B will become 8.948 acres. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and letters were sent out to all landowners in Golden Acres phase 1, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
