FYI to Commissioners' Court for change order No. 3 to Ratcliff Constructors for IFB 2021-239, Construction, Collin County Adult Detention Facility, Phase 1. This change order was previously approved by the County administrator per Court Order No. 2007-180-02-27.
PCO 6 - City of McKinney required add to change a planned 4' manhole to a 5' manhole. The field inspector required this change after, and in addition to, the previous changes in PCO 3. $11,109.64
PCO 7 - Owner requested change to reduce the 6" natural gas line and reduce it to a 3" to continue the installation as shown in the drawings. The 1994 as- built drawings show a 3" line in a different location. These changes correct the existing conditions.
$5,578.77.
PCO 8 - Owner requested change to investigate 3" natural gas line found near to the 6" natural gas line mentioned in PCO 7. We believe this line is dead, so this change will determine if it is dead and cap the line. If this line is active, we will need to address costs to move in a future change order. $4,247.83.
This Change Order adds 19 days to the contract. Previous completion date: 2/11/2024. New completion date: 3/1/2024.
