In accordance with Local Government Code Sec. 351.0415(c), we are respectfully requesting approval to use the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 for the following purposes.
Purchase of 200 volleyballs, 24 cases of soccer balls, and 40 cases of racquetballs from ICS Jail Supplies, Inc. in the
total amount of $9,987.76.
Total requesting to disperse from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 is
$9,987.76.
