Request Commissioner’s Court consideration and approval to the Amended and Restated Commercial Lease Agreement between the City of Frisco and Collin County for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, TX.  Commencing on January 1, 2023 and terminating December 31, 2023. 
Base rent shall remain at $15.00 per square foot for 3,042 square feet.
Additional rent for common area maintenance will be $6.50 per square foot for approximately 4,024 square feet.  This is an increase of .30¢ per square foot. Total lease cost is $71,786.00 per annum.
In this amendment Article 1. Term and Termination:
#1. Changed to add one additional one year extension.
#4. Changed to add verbiage.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Commercial Lease Agreement between the City of Frisco and Collin County, AGR 2020-181, for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, TX, to extend the agreement for one (1) year commencing on January 1, 2023, continuing through and including December 31, 2023, and increase the common area maintenance (CAM) fee by .30¢ per square foot. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute the amended agreement and renewal letter. MD

Base rent shall remain at $15.00 per square foot for 3,042 square feet. Additional rent for common area maintenance will be $6.50 per square foot for approximately 4,024 square feet. This is an increase of 5% or .30¢ per square foot. Total lease cost is $71,786 per annum. No renewals remaining.
