In accordance with Local Government Code Sec. 351.0415(c), we are respectfully requesting approval to use the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 for the following purposes.
Renewal and payment of CIMA Insurance Court Referred Alternative Sentencing Program (CRASP) Volunteers Accident Insurance Policy invoice #TXMCKI2 in the
total amount of $100.00
for the period of 7/1/2023 – 7/1/2024. *Recurring cost
Renewal and payment of CIMA Insurance Work Release Volunteers Accident Insurance Policy invoice #TXMCKI3 in the
total amount of $5,795.20
for the period of 7/1/2023 – 7/1/2024. *Recurring cost
Total requesting to disperse from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 is
$5,895.20.
