Department Action
The Juvenile Probation Department seeks to notify Commissioners Court of its intention to transfer established program funding for the JJAEP Program to McKinney ISD, the department’s contracted educational services provider. The funding was set aside during the FY24 budget to bring educational capacity and capital improvements for the JJAEP Program and to place all technologies and support services under the governance of McKinney ISD for attending students. Funding established during the budget process is for $120,000.00.
