Department Action

We are respectfully requesting approval to contract with Dr. Marcy Calnan for consultant services relating to the development of educational content, the training of Programs staff, and implementation of program evaluations to enhance the I.G.N.I.T.E. program efforts.

Funding of this shall be paid from Collin County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Commissary Funds in accordance with Local Government Code Sec. 351.0415(c)(4) and the total for this six month consulting agreement shall not exceed $49,855.00.

Purchasing Department Action

No action by Purchasing. Purchasing policies and procedures will apply to purchases at or exceeding $50,000.

Request to contract with Dr. Marcy Calnan for consulting services related to development of educational content for I.G.N.I.T.E. Program. Sheriff's Office intends to use Commissary Funds in an amount not to exceed $49,855.
