Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of 2024 revisions to and subsequent new Interlocal Agreement 2024-281, Interlocal Cooperation Contract, Failure to Appear Program (FTA) allowing the continuing partnership between the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Collin County Courts and further authorize County Judge to execute same.
The FTA agreement allows DPS to deny the renewal of a driver's license based on noncompliance issues. GES
