On Jan 22, 2024 Commissioners Court approved Possession and Use Agreements for 10 parcels with TxDOT for US380 project. TxDOT has sent payment for 5 of those parcels.

The funds totaling $74,711.90 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code that the land was purchased from.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $74,711.90 FROM 4024-75030-0013-68-00-0000-432004 TO RI18017-4024-750300013-809683
