We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the revised budget amendment for donations received and deposited from March 1^st 2024-March 31^st 2024 to be transferred to our Spay/Neuter line item to fund the Spay/Neuter Program.

Funds available in the Animal Shelter Fund (5991). Budget amendment will be processed upon approval. Year to date FY 2024 donations recorded = $80,018.52 through March 31, 2024. Inception to date donations recorded = $1,296,143.84 through March 31, 2024.
