Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Contract Amendment #1 (Contract No. 2019-374) for the ILA providing the City of Josephine fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2021. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review Services For Commercial Buildings between Collin County and the City of Josephine, AGR 2019-374, for the period October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. slh
