We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court to approve the Amendment to the Animal Control Agreement with the City of Anna. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2020, and continuing through and including September 30, 2021.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 13 to the Interlocal Animal Control Services Agreement between Collin County and the City of Anna, AGR 10094-09, for the period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc
