Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully requests the court's approval of the FY 2021 Dispatch Amendment with Melissa ISD effective October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021. This amendment may not be renewed.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Dispatch Agreement between Collin County and Melissa ISD, AGR 2020-128, for the period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc

Requesting approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 2020-128, Interlocal Agreement for Dispatch Services between Collin County and Melissa ISD. Amendment sets the rate for FY 2021 to be effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. Compensation to Collin County in the amount of $5,913. General Fund (0001).
