Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology Department and CSCD request approval for the purchase of thirteen (13) credit card terminals and associated annual PCI fees to use with the upcoming Tyler Supervision case management system being implemented in CSCD. These terminals will be compatible with Tyler’s credit card payment solution.

The total cost for purchase of the devices and first year of associated annual PCI fees is $7,787 and funds are available in TI03JUS-4401-06009001-809002.

Recurring annual PCI fees are $2,340 and will be paid of out the non-Departmental maintenance budget.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment with Tyler Technologies, Inc to the End User License Agreement and Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 01318-09) to add thirteen (13) credit card terminals and annual PCI fees to be used with the Tyler Supervision case management system being implemented for CSCD and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. sh
