Re: Acceptance of Donation

To the Honorable Members of the Commissioners Court,

The 366^th District Court in Collin County is requesting Commissioners Court approval to accept a donation of artwork. The piece, a signed print of Ron Chase’s “Justice for All” of the U.S. Supreme Court is being donated by Attorney David O’Dens to be displayed in the Collin County Courthouse. With frame, the picture measures 43” x 34”and shows the US Supreme Court on a snowy evening in Washington D.C. We believe the piece would be a welcome addition to the Collin County Courthouse.
We are requesting Commissioners Court approve this gift on behalf of the 366^th District Court and Collin County.
