Request Commissioners' Court consideration and action regarding approval of Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2020-140, Postmortem Toxicology with National Medical Services, Inc. dba NMS Labs to 1) to extend the contract for the period of May 18, 2021 through May 17, 2022, 2) include a price redetermination per section 4.6 of the contract, (see attached pricing sheet), 3) to update the Terms and Conditions section 2.38 Force Majeure language, and further allow Purchasing Agent to execute the same. TC Renewal 1 of 3, FY20: $120,102.50; FY21 YTD: $142,717.25
