Department Action

Respectfully requesting approval to accept monetary donation in the amount of $2,000.00. This donation is given to the Sheriff's Office by Oncor Wire, and will be used to purchase additional camera equipment for existing camera system.

Purchasing processes and procedures will apply.

HR and/or IT Action

This will be our camera system. There is no IT impact. Cable is there. License is available. We have storage. Just involves installing and configuring camera.

Budget Department Action

Request for acceptance of a monetary donation of $2,000 from Oncor Wire for camera equipment and approval of a Budget Amendment when the funds are received to move the funds into the appropriate expenditure account. Private Sector Grants (2761).

Auditor's Office Action

Donation in the amount of $2,000. Donation to be recorded and expensed in fund 2761, Private Sector Grants.
