Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond, 3rd Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on September 27, 2021 (CO# 2021-963-09-27). The City of Princeton, Princeton Crossroads Park Phase 1B project was granted $354,362 in funding.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Princeton for the Princeton Crossroads Park Phase 1B project, ($354,362) bond project OI18PG21.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Princeton concerning the Princeton Crossroads Park Phase 1B project; Bond Project OI18PG21. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is NTE $354,362.00.
