PCO 2 - City of McKinney required secondary Fire Lane access to the rear of the Justice Center building. Needed while a portion of the existing fire lane is removed, lowered, and replaced. $14,633.56.
PCO 4 - Owner requested add to install one 12" water valve at the front of the Sheriff's Administration building. This area was open during construction so the cost is to add the valve only. This valve will allow us to cut off the water to an area of the building without shutting off the entire building including detention. $4,331.06
