Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval of Change Order No. 2 to Ratcliff Construction for IFB 2021-239, Construction, Collin County Adult Detention Facility, Phase 1.
PCO 1 – Owner requested credit of roof equipment screening removed by City of McKinney variance. At the time of the bid, we had not received the variance so we decided to leave the screening in the bid as an alternate. We received the variance after Commissioners Court accepted the bid. ($330,000.00)
PCO 3 – City required Storm sewer changes after bidding finalized. The City requested these changes on the second submission of the Engineering plans. (141,688.28); plus add fourteen days to the contract. The completion date was 1/28/2024 and the new completion date is 2/11/2024.
