We respectfully request Commissioners Court to approve the Animal Control & Shelter Services Agreement with East Collin Municipal Utility District No. 1.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement for 2022-264, Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services with East Collin Municipal Utility District No. 1 and authorize County Judge to execute the same. mcl

Interlocal agreement with East Collin Municipal Utility District No. 1 in the amount of $4,000 for Animal Control and Shelter Services. Agreement period shall be effective ninety (90) days following written notice by the District and Developer. (5990) - Animal Services Fund.
