Department Action

Collin County has purchased Right of Way for transportation projects for Collin County Outer Loop and Park Blvd. Sendara Title has issued refunds for overpayment of recording fees on 15 parcels.
CCOL Parcels: 48-51, 53-55, and 57 and Park Blvd Parcels: 15, 19, 20,25,27,35 and 44.

The funds, totaling $1,556.00, were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving
