Requesting Commissioners Court to renew the attached three-year contract with West Publishing Corporation. The contract terms are to provide a subscription for 77 attorneys, at the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, to have access to Westlaw ProFlex, an online legal database, which includes the following features: Westlaw Precision; Analytical for Government; Litigation for Government; Drafting Assistant for Government; and WL4G O’Connor’s.

The contract rate is $5,620.00 per month. The contract has a limited 5% increase in monthly charges after each twelve-month period. The three-year contract will run congruent with the Collin County budget cycle.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Contract 2022-456, WestLaw Proflex Online Services for the DA Office through the DIR contract DIR-LGL-CALIR-02 to West Publishing Corporation and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same and all related documentation. mlm
