Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests the court’s approval of the Collin County Community College District FY 2023 Interlocal Jail Services Agreement amendment. The amendment is effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement for contract number 2021-011, Jail Services, Collin County Community College District, for the period October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. Budget Department Action

Contract Amendment No. 2 to AGR 2021-011, the Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Collin County Community College District from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. Compensation to Collin County in the amount of $76.54 per inmate per day which is a $17.74 increase per inmate per day. General Fund (0001).

Auditor's Office Action

Revenues included in the FY 2023 Estimates.

Commissioners Court

No. 2 to Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services (Contract No. 2021-011) with Collin County Community College District to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2023, set the rate for FY 2023, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.
