I am requesting approval to award IFB 2022-160 Garage, Overhead, and Sliding Door Maintenance & Repairs to D.H. Pace Company, Inc. as primary and Greg W. Cox, d/b/a Tex-Oma Builders Supply Co. as secondary. The contract term shall commence upon full execution of the contract and continue for one (1) year, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
