Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Agreement to the Animal Control & Shelter Services Agreement with Magnolia Pointe Municipal Utility District No.1. This agreement shall be effective when approved by the governing bodies of the District and fully executed by the County, thereafter, commencement of animal control and animal shelter services may begin.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of the Interlocal Agreement for contract number 2023-077, Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services Agreement with Magnolia Pointe Municipal Utility District No. 1, to be effective from the date of execution of this agreement through and including September 30, 2023, and authorize County Judge to execute same. Interlocal agreement with Magnolia Pointe Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County in the amount of $4,000 for Animal Control and Shelter Services. Agreement shall be effective when approved by the governing bodies of the District and fully executed by the County and continue through September 30, 2023. (5990) - Animal Services Fund.
