Requesting authorization of Commissioners Court to approve the updated version of the Grant Policy. This policy is specifically addressing the ongoing issue with departments who have hired employees with grant funds.

HR and/or IT Action

Human Resources has developed an automated report through PeopleSoft. The Budget department is completing the data entry in PeopleSoft with the grant information. Once that is done, the report will be scheduled to go out monthly.
