I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Amendment #4 to the Ambulance Service Interlocal Agreement with City of Josephine for Collin County to provide EMS services through American Medical Response (AMR).

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 4 to the Interlocal Agreement for contract number 2019-089, Ambulance Service Agreement, City of Josephine, at the amended rate for the period November 1, 2022, through and including October 31, 2023, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
