Department Action

The Engineering Department requests the approval of Amendment No. 16 to the Engineering Services Agreement (ESA) with Birkhoff Hendricks and Carter (BHC). This amendment will account for the additional design and construction administration efforts related to the addition of a left turn storage bay, in the amount of $12,000, and will be paid by the City of Celina.

The net change is adding $12,000 to the contract to cover the additional design and construction administration efforts related to the addition of the left turn storage bays, revising the total contract amount to $2,800,982.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioner’s Court
- approve Collin County’s Amendment No. 16 for the Frontier Parkway Engineering Services Agreement with Birkhoff, Hendricks and Carter
- authorize the Auditor to transfer funds from Celina (totaling $12,000) to RI07014-4213-750300013-809250
