Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of change order No. 2 to the contract with HERC Rentals, Inc., 2022-445, YMCA Adventure Camp HVAC Rentals, through their OMNIA Partners cooperative contract No. 2019000318, to add three (3) months additional rental of a 40 ton AC/Heat Combo unit at the Collin County Adventure Camp at $9,105.00 per month for a total of $27,315.00. The replacement unit ordered through Johnson Controls, Inc. as approved by CO# 2022-776-08-22 has faced additional delays and is now expected at the end of April to Mid-May. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. MD

Budget Adjustment included in the amount of $8,000 to move funds to the appropriate expenditure account. 2001 Bond Funds (4004).
