This is to request Commissioners Court acceptance of Amendment No. 5 to the Immunizations/Locals grant with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
This amendment is to update verbiage in the contract’s Statement of Work. There are no changes to the award amount for fiscal year 2023.
