Department Action

The Engineering Department requests approval of the Interlocal Agreement with Wylie Northeast Special Utility District (Wyle NE SUD) for reimbursement of the cost to adjust/remove and/or relocate certain facilities within Wylie NE SUD easements that are in conflict with the Park Blvd. Project. Eligible costs for design, surveying, inspection and construction reimbursement is $117,176.43.
All other work outside of SUD easements will be the responsibility of the SUD.

Recommended Action:
It is requested that the Commissioners Court approve the Interlocal Agreement with Wylie NE SUD and reimburse eligible costs in the amount of $117,176.43 for the Park Blvd Project.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the Wylie Northeast Special Utility District concerning the reimbursement of the cost of the adjustment, removal, and/or relocation of certain facilities in connection with the Park Blvd. extension from Parker Rd. to Spring Creek Pkwy. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's eligible cost is $117,176.43.
