Department Action

Collin County Health Care Services (CCHCS) respectfully requests Commissioners Court approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to continue existing services between CCHCS and DSHS.

This MOU serves to establish roles and responsibilities concerning compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program policies and guidelines to provide medications to patients via the DSHS Pharmacy Unit ordering platform. This allows medications to be obtained from the DSHS Pharmacy Unit for outpatient treatment of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) or for Tuberculosis (TB) services and treatments.

This MOU is effective on September 1, 2023 and terminates on August 31, 2028.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Agreement No. 2023-284, MOU for 340B Drug Pricing Program, with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and to authorize the Board President to execute same. CC
