Award of Contract No.2023-277 to Kofile Technologies, Inc. for the restoration and preservation of the County Clerk's Criminal Case Files dating 1893 to 1950 and Civil Case Files dating 1854 to 1950. The project will be funded by the County Clerks' Records Archive Fund.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Coop Quote 2023-277 Preservation of the County Clerk's Criminal and Civil Case Files through TXMAS cooperative contract number TXMAS-18-3602 to Kofile Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $1,668,608.46 and further authorize Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the agreement.
