This is notification of establishing the budget for the Local Public Health Services (LPHS) /Comprehensive program FY2022 in the amount of $21,639. This is year one of a two year grant totaling $43,278. This state funding is provided through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). The grant period is from September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022. The grant award was accepted on HCF Resolution #2021-2059-05-03.
