Attached is the FY 2021-2023 application for DSHS Public Health Workforce funds for a grant period that will begin upon contract execution through June 30, 2023. Total funds for this grant are $1,250,000.00. Due to the grant application being 07/14/2021, the application was submitted to DSHS in a timely manner and needs approval.
