Department Action

The Town of Prosper has recently provided additional funds in the amount of $385,923.30 to cover their portion of additional costs relating to the design and construction changes to the Frontier Parkway Project. The funds provided cover a portion of Change Order No. 2 (approved by Commissioners Court on September 20, 2021), a portion of Engineering Services Agreement Amendment No. 11 (approved by Commissioners Court on May 24, 2021) and a portion of Engineering Services Agreement Amendments No. 12 and 13 (approved by Commissioners Court on January 3, 2022).

The funds from the Town of Prosper, totaling $385,923.30, were received by the County and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The Engineering Department requests that the BA move the funds to expenditure accounts within the applicable project code.

Action Requested: It is requested that the Commissioners Court approve the budget adjustment of moving:
$60,744.33 from RI07014-4213-750300013-432001 to (RI07014-4213-750300013-809250)
$325,178.97 from RI07014-4213-750300013-432001 to (RI07014-4213-750300013-809280)
