Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval to award: JOC 2022-150 to the sole responsive bidder in the amount of $115,711.17. One other bid was received, but was considered non responsive. The sole bid came in over budget so we also request approval of a budget amendment in the amount of $15,000. to cover the shortfall and provide contingency for the project. This is an FY22 approved Permanent Improvement Project.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award JOC Quote 2022-150, Replace Food Pass Doors and Locks, Collin County Detention Facility, to RS Commercial Construction, LLC, the sole responsive bidder meeting specifications, through the Buy Board Cooperative Job Order Contracting (JOC) Contract 581-19. Further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the Construction Contract. jdg

A Budget Adjustment in the amount of $15,000 is included to cover the project shortfall and contingency funds. Budget Adjustment to come from Permanent Improvement Contingency (Fund 0499). 2007 Facility Bonds (4012).
