Department Action

Commissioner’s Court approved the Final Plat for the above-mentioned subdivision on September 11, 2017. The infrastructure was completed according to county specifications and inspected by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff.
The effective beginning date of the maintenance bond was February 8, 2019 and ended on February 8, 2021. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff. If approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached.
The Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff recommend approval to accept the roads within the Carter Landing subdivision for county maintenance.

We request Commissioners Court consideration for approval to accept the roads within Carter Landing for County Maintenance.
