Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of a Budget Adjustment in the amount of $30,000.00 for the Lavon JP and Constable Precinct 2 Project. $13,220.00 will be for plat preparation for the 2.39 acre area to be divided into lots for sale and the remaining $16,780.00 will be for contingency to complete the project.
