Attached is the FY2023 Interlocal Application for DSHS Immunizations Program funds for the one-year grant period 9/1/2022-8/31/2023 in the amount of $354,062 which is level funding for the upcoming fiscal year. The purpose of the Immunizations Program is to support local health departments in their efforts to provide immunization services to their communities as well as enhance epidemiology response to vaccine preventable diseases such as Perinatal Hepatitis B.

DSHS FY2023 Immunizations Program Funds Services Grant Renewal in the amount of $354,062. Grant funding includes salary and benefits for immunizations program staff as well as travel, supplies and postage. Local funding of $784,664 budgeted in Health Care for the remainder of the program. No county match required. Grant period is September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023.
