Attached for acceptance is a DSHS no-cost extension to the IDCU-COVID grant. This amendment extends the end of the contract term to July 31, 2024. This approved extension will allow Collin County Health Care Services to continue critical tasks and offset expenses related to the COVID-19 response. The total award amount remains at $1,026,626.00.
I respectfully request approval for this no-cost contract extension.
