Department Action

This is notification to Commissioners Court of a budget adjustment for the County’s Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Funding. The funding to City of McKinney (GTERA-A, City Allocation) is increased by $3,000,000 and the funding to Community Development Properties of North Texas, Inc. (GTERA-B, County Allocation) is decreased by $3,000,000 which reflects the change approved in Court Order 2021-1194-12-06.
