Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology Department requests approval to amend the original July 14, 2020 Tyler Supervision Amendment that added the Juvenile Probation Department system project with new development scope and additional professional services.

New scope was identified in the project and Collin and Tyler have agreed to split the cost of that scope equally. Further, additional professional services hours will be required to include the new scope and execute the project to completion.

This request requires an additional financial commitment of $286,435 and includes all new scope and professional services hours. Funds are available from the following funding source:

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment to Contract 01318-09 Tyler Odyssey Criminal Justice Information System with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to add development customizations for the projects detailed in the attached documentation, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. ha
