Department Action

This is notification to Commissioners Court of a budget adjustment for the County’s Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Funding. The funding to City of Allen (GTERA-A, City Allocation) is increased by $660,000 and the funding to Community Development Properties of North Texas, Inc. (GTERA-B, County Allocation) is decreased by $660,000 which reflects the change approved in Court Order 2022-469-05-23.
