Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the maintenance contract with Spindlemedia. The FY23 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The maintenance cost is $157,630.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY23 maintenance request.
