Honorable Court,

I respectfully request that the Court consider and approve a contract renewal with Tetra Tech Inc. for Debris Monitoring Services. There will be no cost to the County unless the contractor is activated by the County.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to RFP 2021-234 Debris Monitoring Services with Tetra Tech, Inc. to (1) renew the contract for the period November 8, 2022 continuing through and including November 7, 2023; (2) include a price adjustment per section 1-D of the contract per the attached documentation; and (3) allow Purchasing Agent to execute the same. gz
